Depression and addiction are issues that have touched all of us in one way or another. Mental health is fast becoming a crucially important aspect of health care in Australian society, and BeyondBlue is one such organisation which is helping break down the stigma of depression.

Mark Gable spoke on behalf of BeyondBlue at Wayside on Thursday October 22 about his personal struggle with depression and addiction.
