Doug Bishop Doug Bishop has been a partner at the law firm, Clayton Utz , since 1992 and has spent more than 25 years in the legal profession. Doug practises in the area of general commercial litigation. He has worked closely with the firm's Pro Bono and Community Connect programs including working with a number of community partners representing disadvantaged and marginalised people seeking legal and other forms of assistance. |

Mike Crivelli – Treasurer Mike Crivelli is the Executive Chairman of Perennial, which he co-founded with IOOF in 1999. He has nearly 45 years experience in funds management, of which 22 years was with BT Fund Management Limited. Mike was one of Bankers Trust Australia Limited's "founding" team. Mike has held a number of Directorships,including BT Australia, State Super Financial Services Ltd, Colonial Agricultural Ltd, Banardos, TIF (the investment management arm of the TWU), Statewide Roads Ltd. He is currently chairman of a number of Perennial operating companies. |

![]() | Ian Martin – Chairman of Board Ian Martin joined the Wayside Board in early 2006 and was elected Chairman in June 2006. Ian has over 30 years experience in investment management, superannuation, investment banking, and financial services. He is former CEO of BT Financial Group and Global Head of Investment Management of Bankers Trust. Earlier in his career he spent 8 years as an economic policy adviser with the Australian Treasury, Canberra and 2 years as Chief Economist of Citigroup Australia. He was also the Inaugural Chairman of the Investment and Financial Services Association (1998-2000) and a Panel Member of the Australian Superannuation Review (the Cooper Review; 2009-2010). Ian has served on a numerous boards in both the commercial and not for profit sectors. He is currently a Director of Argo Investments Limited and St Vincent’s and Mater Health Sydney Limited. |

Jo Thorley Jo Thorley joined the Wayside Chapel Board following three years of working in the Wayside Chapel Crisis Centre as a volunteer. Jo has spent the major part of her professional career working on major tertiary/quaternary hospital capital works projects, of a complex nature, ranging in total project value from $270 million to $950 million. Her most recent role was Project Director of the Royal North Shore Hospital and Community Health Services Redevelopment for three years. |

Richard Wylie Richard is a Partner and Co-founder of the Ursa Group, one of Australia’s most successful independent communication companies. He has worked in all aspects of the advertising agency business including Media, Account Service, Creative and Strategy/Planning. He has acted as a communication consultant on The Federal Government’s task force to increase the rates of organ donation in Australia, The Australian Red Cross (Blood Service, Organ Donation and International Disaster Relief campaigns), Vision Australia (formerly the Royal Blind Society) and The Property Industry Foundation. He is currently Chairman of the Heart Research Institute’s UK Board of Trustees. |
